SHIPPING IN THE EU
Our products are shipped within the EU with our shipping partner. Hand-packed, of course, and with a conscience, so that you can get a little closer to your dream fish.
You will usually receive your items within 2-4 working days within Germany. In the rest of the EU, the shipping time can be a little longer, between 2-7 working days.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free throughout Germany and Austria for orders over €99 - otherwise the shipping costs are €7.90
For parcels within the EU (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Netherlands) we charge a flat rate of 9.99 EUR to cover part of the shipping costs from our side.
For parcels to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom we charge a flat rate of 19.99 EUR.
RETURN
EVERBAIT is committed to developing excellent products. However, if you are still not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. Please proceed as follows.
- Notify us of the return by email: info@everbait.com
- We will send you a return label and see the right of withdrawal.
- Pack the item well and enclose a letter with the sender, reason for return and order number (starts with #). The order number is very important for the correct processing of your return.
- Hand in the parcel at a post office. The parcel will automatically be sent to our logistics center.
- We will check the receipt of the goods and initiate the refund
