SHIPPING IN THE EU
Our products are shipped within the EU with our shipping partner - DHL . Of course by hand and with the conscience something packed, so that you move a piece closer to your dream fish.
You will receive your items usually within 2-3 business days within Germany. In the rest of the EU the shipping time can be a little longer, between 2-5 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping is free of charge for you in Germany from 55€.
Shipping in Germany is 5,90€
For packages within the EU (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Austria, Netherlands) we charge a flat rate of 9.90 EUR to cover part of the shipping costs from our side.
For parcels to Switzerland,Liechtenstein and United Kingdom we charge a flat rate of 20 EUR.
RETURN
EVERBAIT makes every effort to develop excellent products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. Please proceed as follows.
Notify us of the return by email: info@everbait.com.
We will send you a return label.
Pack the item well and include a letter with sender, reason for return and order number (starts with #). The order number is very important for the correct processing of your return.
Drop off the package at a post office. The package will be automatically sent to our logistics center:
EVERBAIT GMBH c/o First Choice GmbH, Hans-Böckler-Str. 1a, 40764 Langenfeld Germany.
We will check the receipt of the goods and initiate the refund process
