For parcels within the EU (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Austria, Netherlands) we charge a flat rate of 9.90 EUR to cover part of the shipping costs from our side.For parcels to Switzerland,Liechtenstein and United Kingdom we charge a flat rate of 20 EUR.

Instant payment is an A-synchronous payment method with a fixed destination. Once an order with this option enters the system, it waits for an authentication code to mark the payment as complete. This can take up to 14 days, depending on the bank. However, most of the time this happens a lot faster. We will try to process your order as soon as possible.
