Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely excluded from returns:
* Gift certificates

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer (Everbait GMBH).

Only partial refunds will be issued in certain situations (if applicable).
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable).
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at shopify@everbait.com.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the purchase when the item is returned. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift-giving person at the time of purchase, a refund will be issued to the gift-giving person and the gift-giving person will be notified of the return.

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
